This is the best mechanic you could ever go to hand down. They are the most respectful honest shop I have ever been to. I had a great experience Marlow Automotive. From the moment I made the phone call and spoke with Billie I knew I was in great hands. When I arrived for my appointment Walter and Billie took great care of my needs. Very professional and most importantly very honest! I paid for my parts and labor and left until the work was done. Walter advised exactly when I could expect completion of the work. He was spot on. Upon my arrival to pick up my vehicle I was advised one part that was ordered was not needed.

Great place and great people working at this shop. Especially Jose Arias, I had took my vehicle to several shops and nobody was able to find a solution to what was wrong with my car. Thanks to Jose he was able to diagnose my vehicle and also showed me the report of what was wrong in detailed information. Will definitely be bringing my cars and sending people towards Marlow Automotive for any future car services. Ask for Jose!

As the owner of an older Honda, I'm happy to have a mechanic I can trust and one who has the technical skill and expertise to get to the bottom of any problem I report. While an older vehicle does cost money to keep in good shape, I trust Marlowe Automotive to deal honestly, fairly and provide technical excellence. The staffs attention to detail and personalized approach made me feel valued as a customer. They were extremely nice, respectful, friendly, kind, communicative, responsive & efficient. The inspection results with pictures as well estimate of work was so detailed, thorough & my vehicle was delivered as promised. On top of that, they were so quick to ask if I need a ride. In just a matter a minute or two, the ride was ready to drive me from & to the auto shop.The drivers were extremely nice, friendly, kind & courteous. I could not be more pleased with my experience here at Marlow Automotive. I came in with a problem that the dealership quoted me an absolutely outrageous price to fix (in fact, told me it couldn't be fixed and I would need a new engine or car) I felt something was off with their diagnosis, so I asked some friends for trustworthy mechanics in DFW and boy did they deliver. Marlow took great care of me, explained everything they were doing in detail along the way, set up a plan for me to ensure everything is running well in the future, with a total price that was more than reasonable (seriously, the dealership could NEVER). They are kind and honest and will 100% be my "guys" moving forward! Thanks for everything!

Professional car care you can trust. The team at Marlow Automotive does a great job. We've used them for many years. We can always trust them to give us an honest evaluation of what needs to be done now vs what can wait to be done later. They take pride in their work, do the job right, and follow up to make sure you're satisfied. I highly recommend them. The only downside is you don't get the pampered conveniences of a large, fancy service center, like a free loan car & posh waiting area. I'd rather have trustworthy, good car service than the extra frills.

Everyone was great! Billy took excellent care of my car, everything is running great now! I have been taking my cars here for 5 years now, and have never had a bad experience. The customer service and the workmanship is excellent.

Another great experience! I went in for an oil change, which was done quickly. I was also given an over all review of my car, showing things that might be coming up in the future. No pressure, just giving me a heads up, which I appreciate. I trust this shop & the employees that work here.
