Privacy Policy

Marlow Automotive ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide: when you request an appointment, apply for a job, or contact us, we collect the details you submit — such as your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, and message.
  • Usage information: like most websites, we may collect standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) to understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • Call tracking: calls placed through this website may be routed through a tracking number so we can measure advertising performance. The tracking provider may record call metadata (date, time, duration, caller area code). Calls are not recorded without separate disclosure.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your service requests and schedule appointments.
  • To communicate about your vehicle, estimates, and completed work.
  • To review employment applications you submit.
  • To send appointment reminders, service follow-ups, and promotional offers you have opted into.
  • To improve our website, services, and marketing effectiveness.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. Information is shared only with service providers who help us operate this website, process forms, route calls, and send communications — and only as needed to perform those functions.

Text messaging and phone communications (TCPA disclosure)

By submitting your phone number through any form on this website, you consent to receive calls and/or text messages (including SMS and MMS) from Marlow Automotive and its authorized service providers at the number you provide. These communications may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Service status updates and completion notifications
  • Estimates and repair authorizations
  • Promotional offers and seasonal specials (if opted in)

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not affect service-related phone calls.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may contact us by phone or in person instead.

We use an A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging platform for automated and semi-automated text communications. Your phone number and message content are processed by our messaging provider solely to deliver the communications described above and are not shared with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Our messaging provider complies with CTIA guidelines and carrier requirements for A2P messaging.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager). These tools help us understand site traffic and user behavior in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain site features but will not prevent you from contacting us.

Data retention and security

We keep the information you submit only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically for the duration of our business relationship and any applicable legal retention period. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

Your privacy choices — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Categories of information we collect

In the preceding twelve months, we have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA):

  • Identifiers: name, phone number, email address — collected when you submit a form on this website or contact our shop directly.

  • Call metadata: date, time, duration, and caller area code — collected via our call-tracking provider to measure advertising performance.

Sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising

We may share internet activity data with Google (via GA4 and GTM) for the purpose of measuring advertising performance and understanding how visitors reach our site. Under the CPRA, this may constitute "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
